Planned and implemented the integration of ITIL based Remedy tool and management process with Incident and Problem management teams, aimed to helping improve time to issue resolution. Construction of IT Service Catalogue, to highlight service dependencies, for use by service coordinators, incident and problem managers.

Development of baseline data scripts for rapid rebuild of development/test environments. Rollout of IT wide booking process for securing use of environments. The final result being more stable, better quality software that reached production status in a shorter time frame. The process and strategy is still being used by several hundred onshore and offshore developers and testers.
